5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, the Magic Words product, interface, and related content belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You receive a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the service.
6. Paid services
If VIP, trial, subscription, or refund rules apply, the purchase page and the relevant app store display control. Read the price, period, trial, and renewal information before purchasing.
7. Disclaimers
We work to provide a stable service, but network, device, and third-party factors may cause interruption, delay, or errors. AI content is for learning reference and should not be the sole basis for formal study or examinations.
8. Personal information and minors
Personal-information processing is governed by the privacy policy. We care about the protection of minors; children under 14 should use the service with a guardian's consent.
