What content can Prompt Assistant manage?
You can manage regular Prompts and Content-only Skills. Content-only Skills save multi-step methods or checklists; they do not execute scripts or automatically download remote files.
Do Team members need approval to publish Prompts?
No. Every active Team member can create and publish Prompts independently without administrator review. Publishing, editing, and rollback keep version records.
Can Team publishing be traced?
Yes. Team content keeps records of publishing, editing, and rollback so members can understand the current version and change history.
Can I use Prompt Assistant without registering?
Yes. Guest mode lets you start immediately and use a personal workspace on the current device without registering first.
Can guest mode sync across devices?
Guest mode is tied to the current device. Account binding is required for cross-device sync or for joining and using a Team.
How do I keep content created in guest mode?
Bind an account in the app to keep the current guest workspace. When binding an existing account, the app lets you choose whether to merge or discard guest content.
Does Prompt Assistant support cross-device sync?
Yes. After signing in or binding an account, Personal content can sync across devices. Guest content stays on the current device.
Where can I use the Prompt Assistant Web app?
The Web app uses the separate application domain prompt.oppanda.com. www.oppanda.com is the product and support portal and does not proxy sign-in, API, or WebSocket traffic.
Which platforms does Prompt Assistant support?
The current public product information covers Web, macOS, and Windows. Public desktop downloads depend on the signed and verified status shown on the official desktop page.
Does inserting a Prompt send it automatically?
No. Insert only tries to write content into the current editable input; it does not submit or send automatically. If insertion fails, you can use copy instead.
What permissions does desktop insertion need?
System-level insertion on macOS needs Accessibility permission and may require allowing Prompt Assistant to control System Events. The app provides a permission preflight in Settings.
Does Prompt Assistant execute Skills that I save?
No. A Content-only Skill stores methods, steps, and checklists. It does not execute scripts or automatically download remote files.
Where are the price and desktop download links?
The public portal has not published a formal price commitment or a public desktop installer. Follow the latest status on the official product and desktop pages and do not install packages from unknown sources.
